Love Tag - DT Scrapki-Wyzwaniowo!

Today is a new challenge at the Scrapki-Wyzwaniowo blog! This time I didn't do a layout or a card, I made a tag.. and I had a blast doing it! :)

This months theme is: "In your head" and in my head is Love... I've been together with my hubby for 13 years in a month and still love him to bits. :)

I've used paper die-cuts from 7 dots Studio and some of the Finnabair collections. So oldie but goddie flowers and studio calico Currated cardborad people. :) Loads of fun Ecoline paints on and some Stilletto Glimmer Glam.

The beautiful heart I bought at Korthobby.no. There's not a charm you can't find there.. :) Come and play along with us at Scrapki-Wyzwaniowo! Awesome prizes to be won! :)

Thanks for stopping by my blog today! Leave a comment and I'll leave one back!
Have a creative day :)

Cheeky Pinup Card - DT Marion Smith Designs

Hello everyone! This weekend I had a blast at a crop in Rensvik, Norway. I made cards, tags and layouts aaand chatting to amazing people with the same hobby as you. There where a couple of challenges and one of these where a picture of a Pin up girl with an umbrella. Perfect match with papers from Marion Smith Designs. So this is my DT card for this month :)

On my card I played a bit with the "Garment District" line and the 6x6" paper pad. There are gorgoeus elements in the collection that was perfekt for my little pinup girl.

I love fuzzy cutting and I cut out this spool and a spool top. I also used some other images found in the Garment district 6x6" paper pad. Punched out some leaves in a little left over Nirvana Collection paper piece and glued them on. Tucked some pieces with the white glitter stems in with the leaves. For my norwegian readers: Bikuben har fortsatt en god del av disse Marion Smith Designs produktene! Ta en titt i nettbutikken.

Thanks for stopping by me today! Leave me a comment and I'll leave one back! :)
Have a good one :)

Solbriller - Layout Marion Smith Designs

Oh yes! My turn today over at the Marion Smith Designs blog and this time I made a layout with the awesome Nirvana Collection.

I just love this picture of my son Collin. This was taken in Spain last year and he looks sooo cool in this newly purchased sunglasses..The tittle is a norwegian song lyric and sounds kinda cheesy in English. But roughly translated it means: "I have to have my sunglasses on" :)

I've used a couple of different papers form the Nirvana Collection, and layered them up! Love Layers. My background is Art Anthology Gesso & Velvet.

I've tried to take a pictue of the layers on my layout. I also love to fuzzy cut flowers and other potential embellishments from the papers.

This little sweet camera piece is also a Marion Smith Designs embellishment.. It's actually a charm, but I hid the loop under the paper, Don't you just love this?

Oh well.. that's all I had for today!:) Have a fantastic Monday and thanks for stopping by :)

Sweeping out the dust....

Wow! This blog has ceratinly been neglected this past months! Loads of stuff has happend in my life this past month.. First of all I'm now a mother of 3 beautiful boys! Little Finnley was born 7 weeks early and we spent one month in hospital.

When he was born he weighed only 2120grams and where 46cm long. Today he's 2months old and weighs 3645grams and are 48cm long. :)

Oh well.. I hope I'm now back to business.. I'm on a new designteam!!! Sooo excited about that.. I'm designed for Marion Smith Designs!! Going to be so great! The papers are so gorgeous and the embellishements even more gorgeous. :)

I had my first post for Marion Smith Designs a couple of days ago.. So I'm dusting of this blog with a card made with the Nirvana collection. And for my norwegain readers: Bikuben har disse papirene i butikken! :)

Love those cut-outs in this collection. Super easy to maker layered cards. I've also used some die-cuts rom spellbinders and old book sheet. It felt really natural to make a boys card since I've now got 3 boys! :)

This card is the way I love to make cards.. loads of layers and a splash of gesso on top.

Look at this GORGEOUS resin rose! Love it! :)

Well.. thanks for stopping by me today and help med dust of my blog.. It's really needed.. I'll be back in a few days with a new post! :)

Life is a Journey - Journalbook

I've gotten into making these small journal books.. They are so easy to make and I love it! This one I made for 3rd Eye as a DT project. I'm coming up on one of my last post for 3rd Eye. It's been amazing to be part of the small Polish company as a DT member.

This journal is half the size of the one I posted yesterday. But suuper cute! It's 9x13cm and is held together with spirals.
I started making my background on this book with the TES-21 clouds stamp. and embossing powder. I embossed the clouds clear and that would create a resist to the colors that was splashed ontop. I decorated with the TEC-007 Moth chipboards and the TEC-005 Star chipboards.

You can see the clouds a bit better on this picture. After decorating I splashed some water colors on and let them dry where they landed.  I finished of by stamping the TEC-007 Moth chipboard with the TES-131 Small moth stamp.  Finished the book of with the TES-118 Polka dots stamp.

I hope you liked my little book and thanks for stopping by my blog today! :)

Notater - A small journal - DT Inkido

It's actually been my turn at the Inkido blog quite a few times this month but since I've been sick for about 3 weeks I had to change my dates a couple of times. But without more fuss and date changes, here are my project for this months Inkido Challenge. :)

I've been very true to Inkdio this time, there are just 4 items on that book front that isn't Inkido. All the lovely papers, flowers and rhinestones all are Inkido products. I even used a packing slip for one of the flowers to make this book. Even that's too gorgeous to be thrown away. :)

I wanted to keep it in the greens this time. Spring is just around the corner and I'm so looking forward to it. I put on some rhinestones and gems since the challenge photo clearly includes a lot of gems. :)

I hope you liked my book! Thanks for stopping by me today!

New cards with 3rd Eye!

I'm in my last month designing for 3rd Eye. Today I have a couple of  3rd Eye cards I want to share with you. :)

This is a small card witch I love to make they are fast, and so awesome to give to a friend as a small token. I also make these as children cards to give away for birthdays because you can just fold some money inside! :)

To make my background, I used the stamp "Painter's Flowers" and stamped my own patterend paper, I also misted it a bit so the colors would blend a bit. I slo stamped it a bit with the "Honeycomb 4" stamp. Embeliished it with a sweet bagde for 3rd Eye saying "I like you" and Heart chippies and a clock chippie. Both for 3rd Eye. Also added a bit of flowers and metall :)

My second card for today is a bit more on the sunny side!

On this card I've used watercolors to get a bit more watery look. I stamped with the "Bems circle" on patterend paper and cut them out. I then glue the chipboard "rays" on a piece of paper and glued everything on.

I stamped the "Sun" on a piece of watercolor paper and glued on some flowers and pearls. I added a bit of watercolor to the flowers and splatted it on to the rays as well.. When finished I at last stamped the "night sky" background stamp in the corners. This card makes me wish for summer and sun! :)

Thanks for stopping by me today! I'd be so happy if you left me a comment! :)

New Skissedilla Sketch and 3rd Eye Layout!

March is my month over at the 3rd Eye Blog and I'm going to post projects for them 4 times this month, it's also Skissedilla sunday and I combined the two to make this layout. :)

The girls at Skissedilla got sponsered by the polish papermanufacturer "Studio Tekturek". Happy sweet papers. :) This is the sketch I scrapped after:

and here's my layout:

I've used 3rd Eye embellishements and stamps to create my layout. I've used butterfly chipboard, sunray chipboard and buttons.

I also used the new beam circle stamp.. my new love!! With the butterfly on top it looks so awesome! :)

I also used the large honeycomb stamp and the rays chipboard. The honeycomb stamp I've used distress stains on to get a more distressed look on the stamping. I colored the rays with a bit of yellow watercolors.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today.. Hope you'll join in our skissedilla challenge! :)
